In October of 2009, Main Event coordinated travel and activities for the Affiliate Marketing Group's "New York Experience" Event. Highlights included negotiating a room block with the Ritz-Carlton, Battery Park for over 40 guests, coordinating a VIP lunch with Tim Gunn and Nina Garcia (and most of the season 6 designers) at the Hearst Tower, planning a shopping trip which included a visit to Mood Fabrics with Kara Janx, and procuring items for nightly room drops.
